Sorry it's been so long! The holiday season just flies by so quickly. I enjoyed every minute of my break so far. I can't believe I'm headed back to work on Monday. Back to the real world.
Can you believe it's 2009. It sometimes makes me sit in awe knowing that it's really been 10 years since high school. That I've been out of college for almost 6 years and that I have been teaching for 5 years. I'm very thankful for God's blessings. He really has blessed me with a very carefree life. I really appreciate my single life thus far. There were times I couldn't say that but I really appreciate the time I have had to serve him and not divide myself between him and a husband or a family. I'm thankful for my journey because it's mine!! Well I hope all of you had a great holiday and are ready for 2009 because it's here. Happy New Year Everyone!!
BTW, I went to go see Marley and Me and I booohooo!! It really made me appreciate my buddy Polo. As all of you know she's a riot but I love her to death. She's honestly a great friend who loves me inspite of. Sounds like God's love!! Thank you God for POLO!!

Jake and I went to see Marley & Me the other night with another couple and I balled my eyes out! I looked to my right and Jake was crying!!! When we got out of the theater, the couple we were with were both crying too! I never want to see that movie again! Total waste of makeup!
