Blessed With Another Birthday!!

I'm so thankful that I was able to spend my birthday with my family. My mom, dad, grandma, and cousin came down on Friday. We all went out to eat and celebrated the birthdays! David's is today! The day before my birthday was FCA and a volleyball game. FCA surprised me with a huge cake. So, at 7:45 in the morning we had birthday cake!! No complaints! At lunch my teammates provided the birthday lunch with cupcakes!! No complaints!! Then after school was my middle school teams game. They surprised me with a dozen roses and I bet you can't guess!!! Yes, CAKE!! It was a Ganache' cake! If' you aren't from or live in Greensboro I will tell you a little bit about Ganache' cakes. Simply delicious...it just a little taste of heaven. So I had plenty of cake before and during my birthday. I'm so blessed to say that I'm 28. That used to sound so old! I'm now understanding this age thing the older you get the more you really understand that age is just a number.

Middle School volleyball is going ok. There last game is next Monday and right after the game I will run tryouts for Junior Olympic team. Jen and I are coaching the 16's A team this year. So, there is no break for me!! It will definitely slow down but it won't stop! My first USA tournament is Nov. 22nd! I love playing too!! I'm excited about that. OH!! A big OH!! Marcus, Jen, Lock and I are playing in the Adult League together right now! We are doing well so far!! Our record is 7-3 thus far! We are enjoying it and so far not killed each other. Na...we are really having a lot of fun!!
