Body For Life/ Page Volleyball

Tomorrow Aug. 4th will be the beginning of two things in my life. I'm really excited about where God's taking me!

First tomorrow I will start a three month commitment to a Body for life Challenge. You can go to the website to read about it (http://bodyforlife.com/). I have been reading the book for women and I'm truly convinced that it will work. Most of all I really want to be healthy, and feel good about myself. I just got really convicted about how I need to take care of my body, my temple. This journey is going to be hard but I'm up for it. Check out the website it will tell you all about it. I need your prayers and support! Keep me lifted up!

Also tomorrow at 8 a.m. volleyball season starts with a 4 hr. day of tryouts. I'm also excited about that and I'm looking forward to a winning season. The Varsity team is expected to be great this year! So tomorrow starts my busy time in life so I'll try and keep you all updated.
